At I Love Wallpaper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected design isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return any unopened and resaleable rolls within 30 days of receipt.
Check Your Rolls
Ensure all wallpaper rolls are unopened, in their original packaging, and that the labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Fill Out the Return Form
Complete the returns slip included in your original delivery, noting the reason for return and the number of items being sent back.
Package and Label
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to a local courier drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
