How do I calculate how many rolls of wallpaper I need?
You can use our online wallpaper calculator located on each product page. Simply enter the height and width of your walls, and we will estimate the number of rolls required, accounting for pattern repeats.
Can I order samples before committing to a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the true color and texture of the wallpaper in your home's lighting. Samples can be ordered directly from any product page for a small fee.
What is the difference between 'Paste the Wall' and 'Paste the Paper'?
'Paste the Wall' uses a specially backed paper that doesn't expand, allowing you to apply adhesive directly to the wall. 'Paste the Paper' requires you to apply adhesive to the back of the wallpaper and let it soak before hanging.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold, while express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for unused rolls?
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged rolls within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the rolls are in their original cellophane wrapping with the labels intact for a full refund.
Are your wallpapers suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?
Many of our vinyl wallpapers are moisture-resistant and suitable for well-ventilated bathrooms and kitchens. However, we do not recommend placing them in direct contact with water, such as inside a shower cubicle.
